All activities are free for conference participants and are included in the inscription fee but it is necessary to reserve a place.

Welcoming Reception
Join us Wednesday, June 5, from 13:00h to 14:00h for the Welcoming Reception with local products. Hope to see you there.

Location: 2nd floor of the Rectorat building (next to the Registration and Information desk)
Thursday 6th June
We will offfer an excursion by coach to places of historical interest in the area. We will visit:
- The village of Àger and its collegiate church.
- The former Premonstratensian Monastery of Bellpuig de les Avellanes.
Departure time: 15:45h from Rectorat Main Door. Please, stay there 15 minutes before the coach is due to leave.
This activity is free for conference participants and is included in the inscription fee.
Note: while this excursion is free of charge it is necessary to reserve a place on the coach ahead of the event. Those who fail to submit the registration form will not be able to participate.
Friday 7th June
Closing Reception
Join us Friday, June 7, from 13:00h to 14:00h for the Closing Reception with local products. Hope to see you there.
